A cold front associated with this trough looks set to bring a strong and gusty cool change along the coast on Sunday, resulting in the heat contracting towards the north. A new high is expected to move over the Tasman Sea Monday, bringing more settled conditions to the region, before the wind and heat increase again Tuesday ahead of a second trough.
