as an upper-level trough moves across southeastern states and a high pressure
system approaches the Bight. The high is expected to move south of Tasmania on
Sunday as the upper trough persists over the State and a surface trough over
NSW extends south towards Victoria. The surface trough is expected to rapidly
deepen into a low pressure system along the NSW coast on Monday as the high
moves over the southern Tasman Sea.
