Monday over the Bight. The ridge will extend across the State on Tuesday, with the
high crossing Tasmania and moving over the Tasman Sea on Wednesday. An inland
low will deepen over NSW around the middle of the week, slowly drifting
southeastwards on Thursday while a ridge persists over southern Victoria.

southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h during the afternoon. Overnight temperatures
falling to between 8 and 11 with daytime temperatures reaching the low to high
20s.
