Friday and rapidly cross to the east, leaving a strong, cold, westerly airstream over the State on Saturday. Another vigorous cold front will cross Victoria on Sunday. A large high pressure system will move into the waters south of the Bight on Monday.

Cloudy. Very high (90%) chance of showers, most likely in the morning and afternoon. Snow falling above 1000 metres. The chance of a thunderstorm in the east in the morning and afternoon. Gusty winds and possible hail. Heavy falls possible in the east in the early morning. Winds westerly 30 to 45 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to between 8 and 11 with daytime temperatures reaching between 11 and 16.
