Friday will extend into western Victoria in the morning, crossing the state during the
day. The trough will clear out of eastern Victoria on Saturday, with a
short-lived high pressure system moving over Victoria on Sunday. Another low
pressure trough will move over Victoria on Monday, with an associated low
pressure system deepening in Bass Strait by Monday night.
